force close

i got force close after i choose my character (black screen then force close) i had try restart launcher,force check and my PC

 

Can you hear background music? Is this a fresh install? Have you been able to play in the past?
Try:

• Setting exceptions for your antivirus/firewall
• Changing Resolution
  • Navigate to the following directory in your computer:

    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert

    Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:

    windowed = x
    width = xxxx
    height = xxx

    To the following:
    
    
    Code:

    windowed = 2
    width = 1920
    height = 1080

    File -> Save As -> GameOption -> Save -> Yes

 

i try to reinstall. when i finish i will try this ! thx and yes im fresh install (the situation is when i playing over 5-6 min then everything is no reaction so i close the game. when i try to loading then force closed)
im already setting exceptions for antivirus/firewall
if i have any problems i will ask again !
