Didnt receive +16 inventory expansion used through coupon.

I'm not sure if this is the area to post this as I'm pretty new to the server, but I have an issue with a pearl shop purchase. I went into my inventory and pressed the + icon at the bottom to get the popup to buy more slots. I then used my 20% off coupon and it went through and took my pearls. But when I checked my pearl inventory I didn't have it. I did not receive it on my Sorc, which I got it on. I ended up buying a second one directly through the pearl shop to make sure it goes through, and this time it successfully gave me the item after it took my pearls. Am I out of luck here?

When you click on the inventory button, it expands directly, without anything coming into the inventory.
