    I got banned, but I don't know why. I wrote to the admin in a personal with a question, wrote on the wall, wrote in discord, to [email protected]. There has been no answer for a week. How to contact support?

    I'm also having the same problem. I can't access my account because their website isn't sending me any emails to reset my password. I haven't gotten any help from them for nearly a week.
