File Converter output is empty

as title says, the file conversion on the website seems to be broken, the output file is always 0kb, thus being completely useless when trying to load it into the game.
nothing happens.

am i doing something wrong or is it actually broken?. and if it is broken are there plans to fix it?

I can confirm i also get empty files "0 Ko" as output from the converter

 

I am also getting the same result on multiple customization files.
