Barter NPCs doesnt work?

    I used to barter before last big patch now I try again yet whenever I go near NPCs in islands(with ship and barter items of course) barter menu doesnt show up I dont know why, am I missing something? or its bugged?

    Its somewhat all NPCs for barter, before when i get near by with ship menu pop-out for anchor than you could ddo barter but now nothing comes out. I just get closer to barter NPCs on islands and menu doesnt pop-out. Ive asked people if had somee issues but seems all server dont do barter at some point :) so they dont know.

    Here is SS, in red box it suppose to show anchor menu when you get close to NPC but menu doesnt come

    close game, open game folder and delete Cach folder it will be solved.
