Solved Cant donate

Most of the donations are through EU based payment systems, I live in the U.S and I've tried all 3 payment options multiple times and cant seem to get it to work.

 

Digiseller is NA friendly and it has option to use PayPal. What seems to be the issue you're having? Are you getting errors?

 

When I'm finalizing the payment after entering card info, I cant use paypal either

 

Does it say why it won't go through? What does it say when you try to finalize?

 

No further details, something along the lines of "transaction failed" or "transaction declined" when I clearly have enough to pay with

 

I am not able to personally help you with this problem as it is outside of my knowledge and power to do so but @Noyah or @Kolka may be able to assist you further.

P.S. As a NA player (I live in the US) myself, I encourage you to use Paypal for future purchases with Digiseller because using Paypal doesn't charge you the extra fees.

I'm having the same issue with PayPal, maybe a slight difference. In my case i had to to register a new credit card on PayPal, but when i try to do that i get the message: "Credit card refused. Choose another one and try again", or something along those lines. I've already contacted my card issuer and there is nothing that would justify the denial from PayPal. I'm from Brazil btw, and the only method i can use for donations is PayPal.

SOLVED! The issue (for me at least) was on PayPal's end. Solved by them in my case..
