Using Black spirit pass on Arsha

I purchased a Black spirt pass and used it to create a Seasonal character. the issue is, i did it on the Arsha server and when I logged out to create the character, it only gives me the option to create the season character on Arsha, but Arsha requires a level 50 and wont allow me to create the seasonal character. I get a pop up to switch to a different server, where i dont get the option to create a seasonal character.

 

There's a Channel Selection before Character Creation, have you tried? You'll find a button bellow Characters List to that.

 

Yes, but the issue is, Create new Seasonal character only shows up when I select the Arsha server, it does not appear on any other server.

 

Have you tried to close and open the game after using the pass? Can you enter Season Ch?
I just tried and it was ok... After all you don't need a pass in order to create a season character. The pass just gives you more benefits.

 

Yes, I have closed the game down and restarted, i can enter the season channel but it doesn't give me the option to create a seasonal character on season server, channel 1, 2, or 3. It only lets me select and create a seasonal character on Arsha. When i try it tells me i can only make the seasonal character on another server. Its like I need to have my seasonal slot move to seasonal or something.

 

Sorry, there's no such thing as "Seasonal Slot", it's just an Option upon Creating Character, you'll have to check a box in order to make it a Seasonal Character.
I have no Black Spirit Pass in my account, and I just created a Seasonal Character on both NA1 and Season NA, as you can check on the videos below (my UI is in Brazilian Portuguese, but the position of buttons and such are the same):
