My stuff in my account has been deleted

Is it possible to get back what could be the reason that my items in the character of Jhaartaeha Musa were deleted?

 

Have you ever shared your account? Have you checked other characters and storages? You don't need to log in each character, just press the "bag button" on the character selection window to see their inventory.
Click the "trash" button on your inventory to see if there's any item to recover. If it just got deleted for any other reason, like account share, player mistake and such, there's nothing we can do.

 

I checked them all out.
I did not share an account with anyone
