Not able to transfer upgraded compass parts to compass parts

I currently have 3 upgraded compass parts. However, Ain Greid (NPC) only could give me the first 2 choices when I talk to him. but I believe the part I need is the third one.

Things happened
(1): If I bring 1 upgraded compass part in my bag, Ain only gives me the 1st choice.
(2): If I bring 2 upgraded compass parts in my bag, Ain gives me the 1st and 2nd choices.
(3): If I bring 3 upgraded compass parts in my bag, Ain still gives me the 1st and 2nd choices.
But the last part I need is the third one. How could I get it? Or how could I have a lafe"s compass go through those parts?

 

That's the way we come to know that we don't have the right part.
Ps: Parts drops from Vodkhan, Aakman Elite Guardian and Elten.
