    Is there a way I can use my appearance from retail? I saved the file in the retail and used the file converter on the website but it crashes when I load the file in GamezBD.

    Right now our build version is different from what retail has, so it won't work. Preset must be from same or previous build update.
    Keep this file with you and you'll be able to apply it on the next build update.
