Solved Convert Tuvala to Boss Gear problem

I changed my seasonal character to normal character, got the exchange weapon coupon.
I used it on my awakening weapon and nothing happened, coupon disappeared but my gear is still a PEN tuvala

 

You have to convert the item first, so it won't be a seasonal item anymore, then you just have to give it to the npc. Be careful, and don't forget to remove crystals and such.

 

I did convert it into non-seasonal, but when I handed it to blacksmith nothing happened. it is still a PEN tuvala, not a TET bossgear

 

Have you managed to hand the item or there was no option there? Have you checked your equipment durability?
