Recently I've been getting problems when launching the game. The error bellow keeps poping up and the clietn shuts down. I've allowed the file on my anti virus and firewall but it keeps happening. I've read that updating windows fixes it but it didnt work in my case. I dont want to keep uninstalling the game to make it work. Any idea on how to fix it

I can see that the path in Allowed Apps list is a different path from what launcher shows, you have to check this.
Check if your folder is "read" only. Which antivirus do you have? Can you provide a screenshot from exceptions given? (Firewall, Windows Defender, Antivirus...)

Yeah, you should change that. Uncheck this box.

    Are you on windows 10?
If so, and you dont visit shady websites like cracksites, romsites etc, then you should be more than fine with the built in defender.
Antivirus software in 2020 aint a must have anymore.
Check out some Defender (windows 10 Build in Security aka Antivir) reviews and you will see what i mean.
Im on w10 since day 1, only with built in defender, and never had problems.

If your AVG has advanced protection, try turing it off. As a last resort, try uninstalling AVG. As lumoz said, third party AVs aren't as necessary as they were years ago because Windows Defender is more sophisticated. There is a chance that even with exceptions made, AVG will do what it wants, just as Bitdefender does, and block files.
