can't connect

Hello! I just downloaded the game, when i try to connect it says "user or password incorrect" (but they are correct) and when i try to recover says that email is invalid same goes for site ( i somehow managed to login from email or smth...) please help me i want to play )

 

Make sure the "remember me" checkbox is checked on.

 

the checbox it is checked and still not working, when i try to recover password says "email not found"

 

So you said you can't log into the website either or that it works on the website but not the launcher? Make sure you are typing it exactly how it was when you signed up. It is case sensitive.

 

now it works on the website but not on launcher, i reseted the password and still not working

 

Type your password in a text file the exact way you did when you registered it (or if you successfully changed it type what you changed it to) and copy and paste it into your launcher password slot. Make sure the box that says remember me has a check mark in it. If that doesn't work, contact @Noyah on the forums with your account name.

 

Reinstalling the launcher should help.
