My ship got lost after I called it back

Hello,
I was today in Velia and called my ship back. My ship is now in a port.. But not at Velia, it says Eye of Oquilla. Thats not suppose to happen!
Idk where that is and I can not sail to this port to get my ship back when I dont know where it is. Now my question is, where is the support i could ask for help to get my epheria ship back since i called it to Velia and not magicially to another place I never saw.

 

Oquilla's Eye is located at North of Lema Island, you can check it by visiting this site: http://www.somethinglovely.net/bdo/
You may get there by NPC ships or by riding a horse beneath the water (yes you can).
About your ship location, yes, it supposed to happen because you tried to collect remote a ship with items in its inventory, when it happens the ship goes to the nearest wharf instead the one you call it. You gonna have to get there in order to get your ship back.
