My toons disappeared after the last restart tonight

Tonight after the server crashed, my main acct was back. Which has been stuck for almost two weeks. I have made another acct and rebuild my sorc and made two other toons. My second acct is there but all my toons are gone and I mailed part of my sorc gear to Vannah who is on the second acct. The game let me mail it to her but when I log in there are no chars in that acct now and all my toons, money, and equipment is gone. Someone please help me. Ill put in an unstick request in the meantime. Thanks in advance.

I put in an unstick request for all my chars on the second acct and it allowed me to as though they are there. However, when I log into that acct it takes me to the create character page. When I go to the previous page no chars show up. Please help me...I really need that armor I mailed to Vannah and Joujie.

 

Why do you have 2 accounts? You got any ss of when you had the char? Im asking out of curiosity I can't actually help

 

I started the second when my first one got stuck the last time two servers went up. Thought I could make a chanter for buffs but it took a little while to get my first acct back so I made another sorc. Now the second acct is as important to me because of the gear, kinah, and crafting lvl.

Ok, now all the chars in my first acct are gone as well. They were here just minutes ago and when I logged in. Both accts take me to the create charater page now.

 

which server are you in??

please note that there are 2 servers now.. you may have logged into the new lumiel server that's why all you see is a blank page.

 

I made both on the west so hopefully when it isnt full I can log into them. Thanks for your help and I'll let you know what happens.

 

i think that's because you are logging in the new server, try both to check, maybe you typing another account aren't you?
