Solved black screen at start gamezbd

i can't do anything help me pls

 

Have you tried taking a look at the "Common Errors and Solutions" page yet?
There is a link to it in the banner, and at the bottom of my reply, in the signature section.

What exactly did you try?

 

Can you hear background music? Is this a fresh install? Have you been able to play in the past?
Try:

• Setting exceptions for your antivirus/firewall
• Changing Resolution
  • Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    
    
    Code:

    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert

    Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:
    
    
    Code:

    windowed = x
    width = xxxx
    height = xxx

    To the following:
    
    
    Code:

    windowed = 2
    width = 1920
    height = 1080

    File -> Save As -> GameOption -> Save -> Yes
