Solved problem not receiving any gamez emails to change the password

I have problem not receiving any gamez emails to change the password or if I forget password I ask Kolka he send me scurity code then he change my password, I ask him if he can solve this problem he said its from gmail cheak the filters and blocked addresses but nothing there. I tried to contact gmail to ask why not reciving any mails from [email protected] but no awnsers.
I really need to solve this problem.
