i need help my characters are gone

    okay i took a break from gamezBD for a few months redownloaded it now i come back log into my account and my characters are gone from what i believe is the account i used from the start .what happened????

    Make sure you have the correct region selected on the launcher. We now have an EU region, but all accounts were defaulted to the NA region.
