Blackstar Awakening Quest Help

I've completed the quest but it does't show me the patch to finish it.
Also i tried to find on google a tutorial to finish the quest but i can't find, even on youtube.
The navigation doesn't mark the location where i need to go.
The name of the quest is [Blackstar Awakening Weapon] The Day of Bitter Advent

I've tried on my Witch and Guardian still stuck on both in that part.

Anyone have a clue? Maybe i need to complete another quest before this one?

See if you can find and interact with the Laura Inel NPC near the lake by Trent. I don't know if this NPC is listed in English but its translated from Korean 로라 아이넬 and was the only way I was able to find record of the NPC.
