    I bought the doom horse and its not really what i expected and i was hoping i could get a refund for my coins if thats possible.

    If the item has already been used and only then have you decided that it doesn't meet your expectations, unfortunately a refund is not an option.
    Refunds are made only when the purchased items have not been used.
