I need help, I have an error opening the launcher

Try install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1:

Os: windows 10 - 64 bits
I already have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed

 

Try:

• restart pc after .net framework installation
• Make sure your windows is completely up to date.
• run a system file check

• Open a command prompt as admin and type in

Even so the launcher does not open, I tried to remove and install it again, I tried to put it on another partition but nothing works.

Yes I did the verification, it didn't give any error or problem.

 

Are you trying to run the game on a virtual machine? If so, it will not be possible.
Those issues are for sure related to your system, so please, double check all the following steps:
• Reinstall the Launcher;
• Install VC++;
• Check Windows Update, even if it says that it's up to date, click the button to verify again;
• Check your GPU to see if there's any update missing;
• Navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO
C:\ProgramData\SmartGuard (in last case)
• Run a File Check on your PC;
• Use a recover midia to repair your system.
