Reposting since it was moved to "resolved" when it still isn't resolved - Character Swapping​

Bug Description:

This has been going on for a while, I thought with the latest update 3078 it would be fixed but it still remains. This is wide-spread since a lot of players are experiencing it some are my friends some guildies. I have tried deleting the UserCache in C:Users/username/Documents/GamezBD and also the Cache folder in the game location as well as the GamezBDO folder in C:Users/username/AppData/Local and C:Users/username/AppData/Roaming. I also did a force check on the client as well, one thing to be kept in mind I did this on the previous version and the current version 3078 that was just updated to. It's an ongoing issue even with the latest patch 12/28/2020 multiple friends and guild members can confirm the issue is still occurring.​

How to reproduce/proof:

In order to reproduce the crash you just need to swap characters around 4-5 times and that's when it happens​

Yes correct, around the 4th-5th character swap you did it will crash then, or when you are going to character selection a few times or a few server changes.

 

I do see that and I can't explain why it happens, I've also tried on low levels characters and high level characters. But is it client connection related to more than 30 people? We are all around the world from Europe to America to Asia, so many friends and guildmates are having this issue, we all have different ISP companies/providers since we are from all over the world.

 

Also why was this moved again to resolved, so many people are still experiencing this issue therefore it's still not resolved but I guess you have different criteria here for what solving an issue is, which clearly is the issue not being solved at all. I won't bother re-posting again because the same thing will happen all over again, we complain and report bug, bug doesn't get solved, still thread is moved to resolved section even though it clearly is unsolved.
