Seasonal partying with non seasonal

Why is this allowed? Seasonal characters shouldn't be able to party with non seasonal. They partied because non seasonal can get the season drops like time filled stones. Its not fair to new players on seasonal trying to grind because non season partying with their seasonal guild mates taking over all the spots. Even 300 ap players are taking over low end grind spot due to the fact that they can get seasonal items to dropped if they partied with seasonal character. This is like exploiting and should be looked into.

 

I dont know what a non-seasonal char can do with seasonal items . I dont think non-seasonal chars will get any seasonal drop .
Now question urself aswell , Ur season char is full PEN Tuvala ......whats next ? Because u can't get trash loot .....
