Game crashes back to launcher

I hope this is the right place for this.
However, recently my crashes has been more frequent.
List of things I've done and it crashed on me:
Afk without doing anything
Afk while horse training
While switching characters
While doing world bosses (made me lose my loot btw lol)
Normal activities like killing mobs.

GPU drivers updated to last, no overlays on, lowest graphical settings (with over 100 fps), antivirus not even on.

I just did a force check from the launcher and it reset my entire settings so I'll see how it goes now.

What OS have you had? Is it a CTD without an error message or is there an error message? Is your OS up to date? Have you tried using a VPN?

 

Windows 10 and always had it, though I have not updated to latest windows update but I will try that and the VPN and report back. It crashes without any error, just back into launcher where I'd have to press the start button to launch game again.

 

Try also to clear game cache and if that doesn't work, run a system file check.

 

Thank you for all the replies. Unfortunately, this problem runs deeper than just a bdo crash. Turns out I couldn't update windows, and after running repairs I get even more errors. A mighty loop of errors!
I think I got it narrowed down to windows corrupt files or an old windows version causing issues with bdo, I highly doubt it's a VPN issue and even so, it's not practical.
And no user cache didn't work. DISM shows errors, maybe a fresh windows install on a removable media and using it as source for DISM would fix the corrupt files?
SFC worked though, says there's no problems.

I would like this thread to not be closed yet until I fix all windows problems then report back if it fixes my crashing for the sake of others having the same issue.

 

Have you already done the DISM health check? Running a command prompt than running the command

I crash whenever I take a screenshot in Ultra mode, something that never happened to me before until I came back to this game after months of not playing.
Remastered is fine for me
I'm not sure how to clear the cache. Do I just delete the folder inside Cache or do I go to cache>100>and delete everything in there without deleting the 100 folder and the other 2 folders deep within?

 

In the future, please create a thread of your own to get better help with your problem. To delete cache go to your GamezBD folder and delete UserCache folder and go to GamezBDO folder and delete the Cache folder.
