Can't Claim Challenge Rewards

    Hello everyone!
    I can't claim the challenge rewards, it asks me to select a crystal in order to pick up the gift of repayment and other rewards, thus once I click on one crystal, then it gives me an error, cannot be claimed.

    What should I do in this case?

    You might want to run a Force-Check from the Launcher, BUT remember to backup your screenshots and other stuff you wanna keep from the GamezBD-folder in Documents BEFORE you run the check.
