Solved Game window closed after character selection

I played on the NA server before and just came back to this game today. So here is my problem. On the character selection page, after I click on the "enter" button, there's just a black window, and the game exits to the launcher immediately.
I tried the EU server and there was no problem entering the game. Only the NA server has this issue, and because my main account is on the NA server, I need it to be solved, thanks.

 

Yeah, the same problem from yesterday. EU is working fine. Please fix it. NA is my main server.

Have you tried cleaning your cache? Since you don't play EU and it's everything fine there, it sounds more like a cache problem.
To do so, navigate to your Documents and locate GamezBD, there you'll find a folder called "UserCache", delete it (make a backup if you will because you'll lost interface configuration you made in past and such).

 

It's now working fine though, I didn't clear cache.

 

Oh okay, glad to hear it. It probably was just a connection issue.
