Solved Update stuck at 82%

I launched the game yesterday and it began to update. It froze at 82%, so I shut my PC down. I started up the game again today hoping that it would finish the download. It again got stuck at 82%. Is there anyway to fix this that is fast and easy. I don't want to uninstall or down load another file and replace. But if that's my only option then I guess so be it.

Otherwise I have been told to restart the launcher...if it gets stuck at any point a restart usually fixes it.
