Season Serve Quest

Hi, i have a problem (and sorry my bad english), my Perilla's Star quest does not appear, I even bought the season pass thinking that only with him would I have the mission to exchange for a capotia pen, but the truth is that even so I did not succeed, the mission does not appear to me anywhere, I even graduated (unfortunately) thinking I would have the quest only after that, but no ... could someone please help me? I just wanted to make the exchange for the capotia pen ...

 

You can't do any more season quests after graduating.
If you have the note given by Fughar you can exchange it for 1 Capotia.

 

this is the problem, i dont have the quests IN SEASON SERVE, i dont know why, this is my first time in BDO but i created my account in 2018-2019 (but only play seriouly now) I searched everywhere and didn't find it, so I researched the quest should be given by the black spirit, but mine didn't have it, so I graduated afterwards (about 2 days after buying the pass at the cash store) just because I thought the quest would appear, but it didn't...
i received the Fughar's Letter of Encouragement but this I can't exchange with him

 

As I said, you cannot perform any further action regarding Season because you already graduated.
You can only do the last graduating quests, meaning, exchange Season Tuvala for Regular Tuvala, exchange 1 Regular Tuvala for a Gear Boss.
You can also exchange Season Gift Exchange Coupon for 1 Perilla's Star or 1 V Capotia Ring (or 1 Earring).
