    Can u login on webpage and rescue chars or something?
    But that doesnt look normal at all, u should private message a GM or CM

    First you should check your game files. After you start the loucher go to settings->Force Check. 2nd Go check on the website if you can login (on the game website https://gamezbd.net/, not the forum). If not, reset your password or create a new account :)
    PS: Also it may be becouse of your firewall or antivirus.
    Firewall: Delete the Inbound/Outbound rules related to GamezBDO from Windows Defender Firewall -> Advanced Settings
