Disconnecting when minimizing game into tray

Just wondering if there is something wrong with the launcher because i keep disconnecting not long after i minimize the game into the tray, its only been happening for the past 3 days and ive tried with 2 different pc (one just checked files and reinstalled yesterday) and both seems to have the problem, ive tried with different connections as well (both wired and wireless). I was wondering if i could get any clarification on what my issue could be.

 

Can I ask where you are standing when you minimize to tray? Are you in a high congestion area like the marketplace in Velia or the storage NPC in Heidel? Which channel are you on when this happens? Have you tried using a VPN? Does it crash when you leave the game running without minimizing it to tray?

 

I auto walk between the top stable keeper and the one near heidel storage when i minimize to tray, it was in channel 1, i tried using a VPN but it made no difference, it doesnt crash when i leave the game running without minimizing it to tray.

 

Try AFK walking in a different town with less people on a less congested channel like 3. See if you still crash then. This happens to me from time to time when I minimize to tray in Velia market, which is heavily congested almost all the time.
