5 Month Break Return - Seasonal Character Gear Gone

I just returned back from playing in November 2020. I am not sure exactly which season it was (my first time doing seasonal character), but I made the new Guardian as my seasonal character since they were new. I got most all of my tuvula gear to pen outside a few pieces, but when I logged in today/yesterday all of my gear was just gone?

Did i miss something? I could just be naive about this, but I thought I would be able to turn in my tuvula pieces for the seasonal reward graduation, but now i cant? If someone could please help me out or just understand whats going on, I would greatly appreciate it!

Double checked all my characters, but no gear in sight.

Did you graduated that season? Because if you haven't played since then and haven't graduated yourself, you probably lost the chance to do so.

 

Correct, I did not have a chance to graduate. I didn’t even know what was something I could lose. Well that’s a sweet burn.

that’s a pretty shitty, brutal system. Sounds like BDO haha.

next update in 2 or 3 week says kolka on telegram. but there will be an announcement

 

As @Kiseiju pointed out, the next Season will come with the next build update, the ETA is 2/3 weeks, but there'll be an official announcement.
