Season drops in normal servers disabled

So with this update season "only" drops are no longer dropping in normal servers. I dont know if it was a bug before and it got fixed but if it did. it should certainly be turned into a feature.

This server does not offer the option of graduating early, So you are basically stuck in season char for months and months until gms decide its time to end season.
There is only 1 season server, the amount of KS will be ABSURD since there is no PVP enabled (besides guildwars) giving a huge advantage to players without guild to just grief for absolutely free.

If this is a change that was implemented by the staff i please ask you to evaluate again, its a bad change and will not bring any health to the game.
the only way this change works is if you give us the ability to leave season when we want to and continue progressing gear.
if i have to be stuck in the game gear for 4 months with no chance of even equipping any other bc there is no early graduation, season drops should drop in all servers.

 

In retail server, only seasonnla servers drops seasonnal stock. So i thing is a fix. However, that true a lot of person doing this, so maybe add a seasonnal pvp server should be a solution...

Please don't double post, if you need to add on to your previous message, use the edit button. You poised this as a suggestion when you asked the devs, who don't normally see the Black Desert Discussion section, especially after such a large update, to revert the changes that are in the patch notes. If you really did mean to just discuss this with the community without expecting any dev to weigh in on the conversation, I will get it moved back for you.

 

From what I understood about the problem of the season is that in retail there are several CH and the CH season arsha that solves the big problem of someone invading your spots and you can kill, but in Gamez there is only 1 CH season and everyone wants the same spot. The question is how to solve this and why did they put Marie's pvp system on the normal chs if it's not going to drop the stones? The other problem is putting a pvp system on other servers to remove the stones, it really doesn’t make any sense

 

Everyone on GameZ is looking for a more fun and quiet server to play on. This idea of GameZ being closer and closer to Retail does not make any sense. Not all spots here are worth Grindar, there are few, limiting the drop of the season to just one channel, it will make it impossible for everyone to have fun and progress, bringing a feeling that everyone here is not looking to play in Retail.

 

In wich case it doesn't make any sense? In retail version, the first week of the launching each seasonnal, all those four channel is crowded and you can't do nothing. THat why I stated everytime in normal sever, because the first week, I just make the main quest, after that, I going back to seasonnal server. Gamez BD have only one channel for seasonnal because they have less than retail version players. Why have 2 or tree channel if it's for only one or two week? The most good option if they want to stay like the retail vbersion with the seasonnal drops, is to implemented the PVP seasonnal server like Retail done.

At first i would totally agree with you.
What you said make sense, having that spot only usefull on 1 server you'd think that this spot would be more crowded that the clothing stores during black friday,
and funny enough it wasn't the case.
Sure most spots were taken but all you have to do is look arround and if you don't find anything just grind with somoene else on that spot, eventually that person will leave after a while and you'd bee good to grind.
You'd have to keep in mind that some people knowing that this spot would be crowded decided to wait a week or two to come and grind cause it wouldn't be worth the trouble atm.

As it is right now i don't realy see any issues with how it is, sure its a big annoying but you can still make your bread if you try hard enough.

 

Did they remove the early graduation in this patch? I graduated my character early last season just fine, just had to hit the gear score requirement.

 

So KS is the way to go.

Since we can voice our opinion respectfully, I think seasonal resources should drop on Ch1-2-3 just like previous season.
This change was bad and will create even more toxic gameplay at Marie Cave and other good spots.
There's nothing wrong on changing it back.

Exactly, i dont see anything wrong with that its just how it works if i could i'd PVP and people would fight for the spot, for now there is no way for people to compete for a spot so thats the only thing you can do.
When the game doesn't let you play as you'd want, you adapt. If you disagree then too bad for you meanwhile people will grind while you wait for a seat there.
Dont hate the player hate the game.

 

That maybe poor for some player, but seasonnal told you, you are new player... or returning or rerolled one... so if you go inside normal server, you can fight 300 over ap character and kill u one shot... you still a seasonnal character, not a normal one.

 

Working as intended, if you don't like it, go grind else where...tons of spots out there lazy people.

 

people getting salty because they cant semi afk grind lels. season is for new players to catch up not for people who want to afk and make money. we have lifeskills for that.

 

The only issue I am seeing in this change is its putting major stress on 1 channel which can cause lag for everyone playing. Maybe you guys could change your argument to address the more important issue?

Either way I'm sure it will all settle down after the initial hype.

1 server is more than enough for everyone on the server atm.
