PEN Tuvala Earing lvl 61

    Hey guys,
    just hit lvl 61 on my new seasonal character. Somehow i cant claim the ring. It is greyed out as if I have already taken it, the same kind of greyed out like the "Stronger Faster" thing, that give combat EXP for a set duration in a daily manner.
    Hope that somebody can help me with this.

    Please try to claim it using the SEASON character while you are in the SEASON channel. Maybe thats the problem idk.

    sadly i only leveled my season character and he is on the season channel. So it did not fix it :/

    Still bugged for me after the patch :/
    It says I have to claim it before March 31 in 2021. Maybe thats the issue

    Yes guys you NEED to restart the actual launcher to get the new files installed then you can claim your accessories.

    I cannot claim the ring as well, it would be really helpful to have it since I'm a noob. Could anyone help with this issue please?
