Shift X does not work for some people​

Bug Description:

Yesterday I had a random situation where after swapping characters, almost all my skills got locked so I had to unlock them. Everything works still except shift+x as if it was locked (but you can't lock it). I thought it was only on my end but a lot of people in my guild are reporting it as well and a few people in serverchat as well as in telegram so I am pretty sure it will happen more often if it doesn't get fixed. Shift X is working when using it with quickslot, but without it, it is as if it has been locked.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I don't know WHEN EXACTLY it happened, so I can only say it happened sometime after I swapped characters. I found out what causes this. My skill presets are somehow bugged. Everytime I use them my skills are locked.

 

Can confirm. Rabam Skills via Key-Combo aren't working when skill presets are loaded.

 

All what u need is make force file check in launcher and after it save new skill preset, did you try it?

 

Is there now way that you could fix that on your side? after force check we have to redo every skill preset, ui settings etc.

 

on next maintance it be fixed, but all locks in preset will be cleared. so u will need enable preset and after it make own locks and resave preset.

 

Just load preset again and it be fixed.
