And have you tried using a VPN recently? What OS are you? what antivirus do you use? Are you using a third party firewall program?

 

never use vpn, my windows is 10, and do not use antivirus only the security that windows gives me.
the game was working excellent until yesterday when I disconnected and could not reconnect

 

Has your computer updated recently? Can you run Event Viewer and open BDO and post the log?
