Textures going completely black at random times

Hi, just after these last patches my game started having this issue: at random times (usually after turning in quests to NPCs or after looting rare drops from grinding) the textures of my game start going, gradually, completely black and i have to close the game and open it again only to have the problem repeat after a few minutes. Any insights or advice?

 

Try clearing game cache.
