Got banned for autogathering?

    Hi
    so today i got banned for autogathering even tho i didnt do it? Since like 3 days I have my mouse with me when I go to bed and watch a show or a movie and i have my screen off and i got the pickup button bound to my mouse and i just press the button now and then. Also why is the ban even permanent, ive just read the rules up and it says on the first offence its a 3 day ban ? like I wouldnt even bother to make a post about that and i would just take it but why is it a permanent one ?
