Crash when changing characters or servers​

Bug Description:

Client consistently crashes to desktop after every 2-3 change character or channel​

How to reproduce/proof:

Swap characters and channels multiple times​

 

I can confirm that this is happening.
This is the 6th time today only, where I have been CTD (Crashed To Desktop), I have of course deleted the cache twice now, just in case that is where the problem was...nothing has helped so far...if I am supposed to run a file-check please let me know @Kolka

This bug just makes it quite frustrating to Enhance, since I am constantly changing characters.

confirmed, but i dont think this is a gamez problem but bdo itself.
this also happens a lot in retail, i dont believe its something that can be fixed by gamez devs

Game crashes when switching character or server​

Bug Description:

After using the ESC / Change Character menu several times in a row, the game suddenly shuts down. The crash of the game when switching between characters is now getting annoying.​

How to reproduce/proof:

You can test the problem by switching between multiple characters.


I also tried these methods to fix the problem but it didn't work.

1: I deleted the My Documents / GamezBDO folder. - didn't work
2: I verified the game files - didn't work
3: I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. - didn't work

Pls fix it's very annoying
