Accidentally sent premium to a friends character name not family name

    I accidentally sent 7 day premium to my friend characters name (HundredManSlayer) I should of sent it to his family name (Rogul). Can anyone help me? Sorry, I should've paid more attention.

    I have seen someone else in the past on here get a refund, and the way it happened was he told me his name was HundredManSlayer so I put that in but it wasn't his family name. it's his character name.
