Sea monster take way less dmg after recent fix​

Bug Description:

The dmg fix on water bosses also greatly affects the dmg on every normal sea monster (hekaru, ocean stalker, candidum, nine shark etc.). We now deal significantly less dmg to those normal sea monsters.
I now need about twice as many shots for normal sea monsters.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Hekaru used to only take 3 shots, now takes 5.
Ocean Stalker used to only take 3 shots, now takes 5.
Goldmont Small Battleship used to only take 1 shot, now takes 2.
Young Hekaru used to only take 1 shot, now takes 2.​

 

I confirm. This is truly horrible. I hope they will fix this.

I'm not sure if you are actively killing sea monsters or not.
The patch notes stated that they fixed the dmg from cannons against water bosses such as Khan. You normally use cannons, like the ones from node war, to fight that boss. So if there was a bug which occured if players were using carrack ships to shoot Khan, that would be a bug against water bosses. And should now be fixed.
But unfortunately this fix also greatly affects the dmg to every normal sea monster. Including "trash mobs" such a Young Hekaru etc.
These normal sea monsters are no bosses, so the fix should not be affecting them.
Players who are actively killing sea monsters are very likely noticing this change.
Right now it's disappointing for everyone who put time and effort into the sea content and now needs nearly twice as long for their kills.
