Level 59 +1 DP and LvL 60 +1 AP

Bug Name:

Level 59 +1 DP and LvL 60 +1 AP​

Bug Description:

We are missing +1DP for level 59 and +1AP for level 60​

How to reproduce/proof:

Ingame I have https://i.imgur.com/NFiFEHv.png gear with Igor Bartali 14/15(+4AP 2 DP) Deve(+1AP) and full Dorin Morgrim books(+1AP +1DP) and accroding to BDO planer it gives the same stats -> https://bdoplanner.com/TorresElishaGatherers but for level 1 character.

If we have same gear and same books but level 60 character -> we should get +1AP and +1DP

This was added later on retail, when we come on same version we will have same.
