    Dellenas conversation​
    Bug Description:
    Cant not initiate conversation with Dellenas, the general good trader in lemoria guard post.
    Tried switching server and restarting the game, did not help.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    It’s not a bug, but you lack relevant knowledge.
    When you click conversation, there should be a hint that you are insufficiently knowledgeable.
    The knowledge required by Dellenas is Sophistication III.
    The minimum requirement for conversation requires 4 knowledge of Sophistication III.

    Well that explains it, I could see the notification for other characters when I could not talk to them due to the lack of knowledge, but for Dellenas I couldn't see the knowledge required and thought it is a bug or something. Ty for the help.
