After I choose character, I crashed

    After I choose character, the game is a black screen( no load, no notice) but I still hear the music like character selection. After that crash game.
    I deleted files in the folder AppData and run fix in at launcher.
    I rescued the character on website but i cant play game. Still crash
    Both my PC and laptop have same error
    PLS help me.

    What about exceptions? Have you managed to add exceptions on both Firewall and Windows Defender?

    Force-File-Check is your friend, as is reading the "Common Errors and Solutions"-section, which there is a link for in Chiclete's signature, as well as mine, and there is a banner for it scrolling on the forum page as well.

    Do you have any AV besides Windows Defender? If so, try disable it. If not, try a Force Check as Loboram mentioned.

    Great it worked after i reinstall
    Sometimes the game will crash when choosing a character. I think it will be fine
