Should the minimum value gained per horse lvl up be increased to 0.6%?

    I'd much appreciate it if you allowed us to receive at least +0.6% Speed/Acceleration/Turn/Brake per horse level up of a stat as a minimum increase, opposed to the retail minimum of 0.1%. 0.1% Is a laughable value and should honestly not exist on a private server. So basically instead of having 0.1% to a maximum of 1.7% per level up, it would be 0.6% to 1.7%. Thank you for reading.

    I disagree, but the horses have lower stats compared to retail because
    the life skill level bonus doesn't work in Gamez in the first place
    you'll notice that most of your horses has lower stats than average if you throw the screenshot to horse discord bot
