Season Pass Boss Items not dropping

    I killed Kutum Garmoth Kzarka and Karanda and none of them dropped the required item or any latent auras. (Afaik these are guaranteed drops) Am i missing something? Killed Kzarka on normal servers and season servers but it didnt matter.

    The Item in question is response to precious courage but since i didnt have any latent auras (after accepting the latent aura quest) drop i think somethings scuffed with my char.
    Would be great if someone could take a look at it, thanks in advance.

    It seems like more people than me are having problems with the drops from Worldbosses but i cant confirm that since i only have "evidence" in form of text messages but if someone could take a look at the loot tables it would be great.

    Rifts Echo also drops literally nothing. And i mean nothing nothing

    Worked fine for me, finished all bosses yesterday on my seasonal. It looks like a scroll btw

    Any bosses only dropped Hunter Seals up until now, exceot nightmare kzarka. I know what the item looks like since i played the season on retail( which is why i am so confused as to what i am missing) but still thank you for the help.
