knowledge missing

hi hi. after hours of searching and asking im here:
im stuck at this knowledge piece and i dont know where or how to find and get it...
adventure journal -> travel journal -> artina music -> the second knowledge
.
at the bdocodex and retail, this category has 8 knowledge.
but in here, the categoy has 9 knowledge piece.
.
i also found it at incedar.com with 9 piece but seems its outdated.

is this a client bug or its my mistake?
or maybe it removed in newer patch or im missing it?
i will be appreciated if someone help me with it.

Since we get a lot of locked content from Global Labs it might be a non released knowledge.
I'll try to confirm this with @Kolka.
