Remove the 5 minute timer between tagged characters

    Its getting removed on Retail, you can easily circumvent it by going to character selection, so why not just remove it completely. Would be a good QoL Change and easy to implement.

    If it has been removed on retail than there's nothing to worry about since we'll get the same patch soon.
