    I'm wondering that is possible to change fake kolka's spawn time?
    Is difficult to let GMT+8's player to engage.

    Change server then? There are two servers, in order to accomodate players timezones, although I am sure that between the two, there are still some players who end up being inconvenienced by the server timing.
