Solved Pearl Shop Reward Reset Not working??

I had received 2 of the 3 rewards from pearl shop, spent the pearls today to complete the 3rd reward, but was never given the reward, and when I tried to reset the rewards I get a message to "collect all rewards before reset". I have no rewards available to collect? Checking to see if bugged or something with most recent update?

 

same here i can not collect the 4th reward of 20000 pearls and i can not reset it either got the same message with you when i am trying to reset it, must be a bug pls help!!

The issue is under investigation, we believe it's something related to timezones.
I'll tag @Kolka so he might give us an updated about it.

 

You need to collect all those one before Sunday(NA time) due to the timezone difference or wait for them fix it.

 

Wife and I just got hit by this a few minutes ago. Spent pearls and the rewards menu disappeared lol

Same, spent pearls but can't get the 15k & 20k reward because it disappears. tried relogging & relaunching the game. Doesn't fix the issue.

 

Yea sad time I even bought 3k pearls to finish out and hit the 20k spent lol

 

As I said before, it had a bug with timezones.
The event is now over, but it will be back with new challenges as @Kolka already mentioned.
