Bug Description:

My seasonal character from last season had all Tuvala gone. And it was all reinforced to V. There was a strong character, and now useless. It seems like they should exchange Tuvala for another strong one. And it's gone, I have nothing to exchange. I thought the season would end, the character would automatically become non-seasonal and I would be offered to exchange equipment. My character became out of season and lost everything.​

As you can read here, the season characters do indeed become non-season characters, at the end of a season. However you have to do some quests in order to exchange one piece of Tuvala gear, into a boss-item and the rest of the Tuvala gear should(?) stay on the character, but have turned into non-season gear, there might be some prerequisites for that though as well.

It is not a bug as far as I know, also it would be extremely helpful, if you read about how to post a bug report, because you have not included any type of proof. You need to make Screenshots or Video, Without editing them in any way, of the problem and include that in the report.

It might be true, that there is indeed a one off problem, but then it is only your account, and if that is the thing that has happened here, then I am sure that the problem crushing Devs will be able to help you out. However, you still need to add some proof.

 

I'm sorry, I probably should have contacted tech support, not here. But I have no idea where it is, where to go. Why take a screenshot with my problem, I don't understand. There will be just a character without things, and that's it. But it's not difficult for me to take a screenshot.

Can someone tell me where to write about my problem? I had a character in 13 things of Tuvala-V, and now there is nothing on him. The desire to play immediately greatly decreased. There's no bug nor account issues.
You didn't graduated the last season, therefore you lost every Tuvala you had because you didn't got the stones from graduation questline needed to exchange Season Tuvala into regular Tuvala. If you don't take the graduation, you will end up with a normal character without any equipments.

 

To up 13 Tuvala to V, you need to put a lot of effort, kill thousands and thousands of monsters, dozens of bosses, complete many quests. And then they take it away from you just because you didn't know something. This is a very hard punishment for nothing. Those who have been so punished will not want to play such a game anymore. It's a good reason for me to end this game.

 

You say like it's our fault, but we did everything that we could so no one had to lose the end of the season.
We had announcements all over the forum and telegram to keep the community informed of the new build update and the end of the season, those announcements happened during a month or so. We also had an extended season like usual, giving plenty time to complete all season tasks and to graduate.
I understand your frustration, but don't blame anyone because that's not right.

 

I didn't know that with the end of the season the whole of Tuvala disappears. It would never have occurred to me that this could be the case. That's why I didn't follow the messages when the season ends. One small gap in knowledge destroyed all my equipment. I think this is a strange rule, I haven't seen anything like it in other games. Anyway, I don't care anymore. This game doesn't interest me anymore.
